These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you") and kiss9182 ("we" or "platform"). This document governs all aspects of use of the kiss9182.org website, including but not limited to account registration, use of gaming services, financial transactions, and communications with our support team.

These Terms take effect immediately upon completion of the account registration process or access to any part of the platform. kiss9182 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion, and continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Use of kiss9182 services is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Registering on their own behalf only, not on behalf of a third party.

During the registration process, users are required to provide true, accurate and current information. Required information includes full name, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. kiss9182 reserves the right to request a copy of an identity card (MyKad) or other identity verification document at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

Each individual is only allowed one registered account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using different identities or modified information — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All multiple accounts detected will be terminated and the funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their account password remains confidential and is not shared with any other party. All activity carried out through your account is entirely your responsibility.

kiss9182 accepts deposits through approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM10.

All deposits made must originate from an account registered in the user's own name. The use of third-party payment methods is not permitted. kiss9182 reserves the right to suspend deposit processing and request verification of the source of funds if a suspicious transaction is detected.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are accurate.
• Failed transactions resulting from user error are outside kiss9182's responsibility.
• kiss9182 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawals may be requested through the same payment method used for the original deposit for security and anti-money laundering purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification is complete. This processing period may be longer during peak hours or if additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Normal processing time: 10–45 minutes after verification.
• Accounts that have not completed full verification (KYC) may have withdrawal limits applied.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled first before a withdrawal can be processed.

kiss9182 offers various promotions to registered users, including a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. Each bonus received is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,600, the maximum bonus is RM888, the balance becomes RM2,488, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 10 = RM8,880.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per user for offers that are stated as such.
• kiss9182 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

All games provided by kiss9182 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each game is independent of previous results and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that game outcomes are based on chance alone. kiss9182 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or returns to players.

• Any technical fault during a game will be resolved based on valid server records.
• Bets placed during a system disruption are not guaranteed to be confirmed.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before starting a game session.
• Betting limits for each game are subject to the rules of the relevant table or game.

kiss9182 users are required to behave respectfully and responsibly in all interactions on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) for the purpose of gaining unfair advantage from promotions.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards support staff.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Uploading harmful or unlawful content through the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where necessary, legal action.

In any event, the maximum total liability of kiss9182 to a user shall not exceed the amount of the most recent deposit made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or attempted fraud.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.

Users may also request to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our customer service. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions.
